Price Is Right - Providence edition

How it works: We’re going to give you some facts about a home for sale, including a picture of the outside, the kitchen, and one additional room. Your job? Guess how much it’s listed for (preferably before you click to find out).

Listed by: Jim DeRentis

This 1899 Victorian blends historic charm with modern updates. It has 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, and 2,559 square feet of living space on a 3,288-square-foot lot steps from downtown and the train.

Inside, you’ll find warm wood floors, two fire places, and three sets of French doors. The kitchen is a showstopper with wood cabinetry, stone counters, and top-tier appliances. Upstairs, the primary suite has its own fireplace, ensuite bath, and a large closet. There’s also a legal auxiliary dwelling unit with a private entrance.

Make your guess, then (and only then)… see how much it costs →
