Give your car some love: JM Auto Service is one of the best auto repair shops in the area. They can help with everything from tires and regular maintenance to diagnostics, oil changes, headlights, and more.
Spring treat: Get excited for summer by treating yourself to something sweet. My favorite? Tough call, but I’ve been loving Tricycle Ice Cream lately — you can’t go wrong with flavors and experiences inspired by childhood memories. Ice cream tacos and ice cream sandwiches? Say less.
Celebrate your wins: Whether they’re small, big, unexpected, or just plain exciting… my go-to is Marcelino’s Boutique Bar ono Exchange St. Their cocktails and Mediterranean speakeasy vibes are hard to beat.

Friendly reminder: April 15th is the tax filing deadline for most taxpayers, corporate returns, and multi-member LLCs. If you’re a nonprofit filing form 990, you can rest a little easier — you have until the 15th day of the 5th month after the end of your accounting period (usually May 15th).
Government crackdown: Over the past two weeks, Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents have been actively cracking down across Rhode Island, including Providence.
Lil Rhody Laugh Riot (March 27th - 30th) – Rhode Island’s newest comedy fest is bringing top national and local comedians to Providence for four days of laughs. Many shows are already sold out, but there are still some left for The Matt & Mo Show, Kevin Hart (single seats only), Crass N’ Class, Michael Blaustein, Triple the Laughs, Leslie Jones, and more. Check out the full lineup.
