⌚️ Planning ahead

Tax Season Reminder: The April 15th deadline is just around the corner. If you're not planning to file an extension, now’s the time to start getting everything in order. Hannes Associates Limited is a top local choice, otherwise hop on TurboTax or H&R Block for simple returns.

Check on that roof – Remember, it’s recommended to get your roof checked out once a year and springtime is the best time. Skyview Exteriors is one of the top roofing companies in the area, if you need some extra help.

Date night?!: Take your significant other out to Gracie's for a cozy vibe and a great tasting menu.

Staying active: Looking for a new workout? Try some pilates at btone Fitness Providence for an interesting pilates remixed concept and get a full workout in 45 minutes.

📰 In other news

Markets are wild. The stock market is a whipsaw lately. Mortgage rates remain high but are ticking down slightly. The job market? A mystery. Expect more volatility ahead.

February housing update: The Providence housing market remained a seller's market, with a median home sale price of $500,000, marking a 16.2% year-over-year increase.

Tougher job markets. Job losses are mounting in Rhode Island, with major employers like CVS, Hasbro, the Providence Journal, UNFI, and Ennovi cutting hundreds of jobs, while additional federal job losses may follow due to the DOGE cuts.
